This training meets you where you are in terms of skill, level of enthusiasm/nervousness, and experience. Over 12 weeks, you’ll have weekly 50-minute Zoom sessions, with homework in between, to support your learning. Curriculum includes:
Turning nervousness into confidence and enthusiasm
Analyzing your audience, occasion, situation, and time-frame
Creating a research plan and gathering information
Organizing for maximum impact and retention
Writing for the ear, and drafting notes that work
Writing compelling stories, introductions, and conclusions
Creating presentational aids (slides or videos)
Virtual training and presentations that engage
Using your voice to support and compel
Using gestures, eye, contact, and movement to enhance
Creating audience engagement in presentations and workshops
Answering audience questions
This training targets those situations when you need to adapt an existing presentation. For example, you may have an in-person presentation you did a few years ago that you want to adapt to a virtual one. Or your co-worker handed you slides from a conference that you need to make your own. Or you may need to condense a 3-day workshop into a 1-hour presentation. This training provides tailored support to help you adapt to your new audience and situation. You’ll meet with your trainer over Zoom for five weekly 50-minute sessions to:
Assessment of presentation situation and audience and creating a plan for learning, researching, adapting slides, organizing, and practicing
Reviewing the current content and slides and identifying knowledge gaps
Using language to create a cohesive and compelling presentation
Run-throughs of the presentation with trainer feedback on content, slides, and delivery
Skills training in managing nervousness, speaking without fillers, and using your voice, eye contact, and body for maximum impact
This training is for leaders who experience imposter syndrome and nervousness in their leadership role. The training provides confidence-building tools and leadership techniques to support you in overcoming self-doubt and effectively steering your team(s) toward collaborative, innovative, and productive outcomes. You’ll meet with your trainer over Zoom for ten weekly 50-minute sessions. Curriculum includes:
